Shipping & orders
Where does my order ship from?
Orders ship from our U.S. distribution centers — primarily our Pennsylvania facility, with additional warehouses in Florida and Texas. We ship Monday through Friday.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed on a business day are typically processed the same or next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship via USPS and FedEx. We do our best to honor your preferred carrier, but USPS is used for P.O. boxes and unverified addresses to avoid additional fees.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain packaging that shows only "Shipping Department" as the return address — no product or brand details on the outside.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We're exploring international options for the future.
Can I pick up my order in person?
We don't offer in-person pickup at this time. All orders are shipped directly to you.
Pricing, discounts & rewards
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Quantity discounts are reflected in our tiered pricing (4 oz, 1 lb, 1 kg). For larger wholesale orders, see our Wholesale Inquiries page or contact us directly.
What is the 2% cashback?
Every customer earns 2% cashback automatically on every order — no sign-up or code needed. It's applied to your account and can be used toward future purchases.
Do you offer free samples?
We don't offer free samples, but our 4 oz sizes are an affordable way to try a new strain before committing to a larger quantity.
Product information & testing
Are your products lab-tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested by a third-party laboratory for alkaloid content and screened for heavy metals, microbes, and other contaminants. See our Lab Testing & Certificate of Analysis page for details.
Can I see the lab results (COA)?
Yes. Certificates of Analysis are available on request — just contact us with the product and batch.
Why does my kratom look slightly different from the photos?
Natural color and shade vary from harvest to harvest, since kratom is a plant product. Our labeling and testing ensure you always receive the correct, verified product.
How often do you restock?
We restock regularly. Product pages reflect current availability, so if an item is in stock online, it's ready to ship.
How should I store kratom?
Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity, in a sealed container. Stored properly, it keeps its quality for a long time.
About the strains
What's the difference between the vein colors?
The color refers to the central vein of the leaf at harvest, which reflects the leaf's maturity and how it's dried. Red veins come from the most mature leaves, white from younger leaves, green sits in between, and yellow is produced through an extended drying process. Many enthusiasts associate each color with a different general character, and preference varies from person to person — our Strain Guide explains each in more detail.
Which strain should I choose?
It comes down to personal preference. New customers often start with a classic like a Bali or Maeng Da in a 4 oz size and explore from there. Our Strain Guide breaks down the differences to help you decide.
Legality & age
Is kratom legal where I live?
Kratom is legal federally and in most U.S. states, but it is banned in some states and localities. We do not ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Louisiana, Vermont, and Wisconsin, or to Sarasota County (FL), Union County (MS), Monument and Parker (CO), San Diego (CA), Jerseyville (IL), Oceanside (CA), Ontario (OR), and Denver. Laws change, so please check your local regulations before ordering.
What's the minimum age to buy?
