Shipping policy
We want your order to reach you quickly, discreetly, and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing & dispatch
We ship Monday through Friday from our U.S. distribution centers — primarily our Pennsylvania facility, with additional warehouses in Florida and Texas. Orders are typically processed and dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched the following business day.
Shipping rates
- Orders over $50: free shipping.
- Orders under $50: a flat rate of $5.
Carriers & delivery
We ship via USPS and FedEx. We do our best to honor your preferred carrier, but USPS is used for P.O. boxes and unverified addresses to avoid additional fees. A tracking number is provided once your order ships so you can follow it to your door.
Discreet packaging
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging showing only "Shipping Department" as the return address. There is nothing on the outside to indicate the contents.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Because of local laws, we cannot ship kratom to: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Louisiana, Vermont, and Wisconsin, or to Sarasota County (FL), Union County (MS), Monument and Parker (CO), San Diego (CA), Jerseyville (IL), Oceanside (CA), Ontario (OR), and Denver. Orders to these areas cannot be fulfilled. Laws change, so please confirm kratom is legal in your area before ordering.
Lost, delayed, or damaged orders
If your tracking hasn't updated, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@kratoma.com and we'll make it right.
