Our 30-day return policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. For the safety and quality of all our customers, we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened or the seal has been broken.

How to start a return

Email us at support@kratoma.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll provide return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation by email. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kratoma.com with a photo if possible. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Return shipping

For standard returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to our error — a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we'll cover the cost.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Clearance or final-sale items, where marked
