2. Products & pricing
We make every effort to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed.
3. Orders & payment
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the product. Payment must be received in full before an order ships. If we cannot verify your age, address, or payment, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
4. Shipping & returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy. We ship within the United States only and cannot ship to areas where kratom is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including local laws governing the purchase and possession of kratom.
